{angel eyes}

Oh, this girl.  She has a golden light about her.  Heavenly full, her eyes are beautiful reservoirs for caution and strength. Her color lines are distinctly different on her picture page of life than those of her sister.  Making an impromptu entrance into this world 2 months early it's as if she seeks your person, perhaps even your heart a little more before diving into the act of you. Mallory Alaine possesses a precious love that belongs to those that choose to sit inside her quiet soul only to wait on their invitation from her.

She adores her parents and her her hilariously talkative big sister.  She finds her place softest whenever they're around.  It's easy to see the great mountains of happy content there in those blue-hazel swirled eyes each time her gaze looks their way.  Her smiles are sweet and her laughter always on the verge of a magnificent explosion if she knows you best.

I am still learning this little's heart.  What makes it patter.Baby dolls.  Trains.  Food.  Her Mama.  I wipe my feet on the welcome mat of her life a little less each time that I am able to see her.  She's allowing me in without a formal rap-knock on her door's heart more & more. This makes my insides gushy just thinking about it.

Sweet angel eyes, you are a sight of hope.  A story of progress and prayers.  You are loved. Loved dearly by a family who has your best pressed into their fingerprints.  You are the daughter of Earthly parents committed to helping you take your best steps and in your best timing.  Each day they rest in His plan and find patience and strength in the story of you.

I am honored to be your Aunt Meg.  I am proud of the people from which you come. I love that you have a sister who wouldn't quite know what to do without you by her side.  I love that your life's pace has a unique rhythm.  I trust in the fearfully and wonderfully made little girl that you are.  I can hardly wait to watch & see what those bright blue-hazel swirls have in store for this big ole world.

Aunt Meg :)
