Meghan Cobble grew up in Middle TN. As a little girl, her days were filled with everything pretend. Should you drive in to the neighborhood cul-de-sac of her one caution light town, you could easily spot her choreographing her very own Macy’s Day Parade baton routines for all the front yard to see. In the summer she would write, produce & direct the neighborhood kids' cassette taped radio shows on her back patio.

Teaching was her first grown up order of business. Mrs. Cobble graduated from Maryville College in 1998 where she played soccer and basketball for the Lady Scots. It is there she received her K-8 Teaching Degree. Meghan was also fortunate to snag a handsome beau there on the MC campus. She and Kenny wed in 2002. In addition to graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2004 with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Meghan spent her time teaching multiage and looping for 7 years in Tennessee and Georgia. After the arrival of their first son, Eli, in 2005, she and Kenny decided home would be her best family fit.

With fierce left handedness and a brain that simply cannot follow written directions, Meghan taught herself to sew as a stay-at-home mom. In 2006, she opened k.Mac, her custom designing business. 2007 welcomed the birth of a second son, Casey.

It is now in her East TN home where personalized quilted pillows, diaper bags, hand painted signs, leather jewelry, original artwork and hand poured candles are handful of the creative she brings to life. Meghan also home schools her two boys.

Mrs. Cobble has a passion for story and the art of collecting memories. She is known best for blogging about frugal fashion and inspiring readers to live BIG in the little moments around them.  Meghan's writing style has been described as hilarious, honest, vulnerable & hope filled. In addition to designing, teaching and writing, Mrs. Cobble publicly speaks to women's groups encouraging ladies with tools & tips on how to find the look for less with using thrift stores as a primary clothing source.

In 2015, Mrs. Cobble elected to merge her collective creative into one happy dance space.  Custom designing, writing, teaching, speaking and goodwill hunting are the integral choreographed steps that bring one artful rhythm to meghancobble.com.
